Tiel Shell Guide - Mortal Shell II

Who is Tiel in Mortal Shell II?

Tiel is part of the eight-Shell permanent roster documented by official platform material. Cold Symmetry’s official gameplay reveal identifies Tiel, The Acolyte as a playable Shell. Mortal Shell II treats Shells as possessed warriors with their own abilities and memories, while weapons, sidearms, Seals, and Tarstones form the wider build around them.

Steam achievement “Forever Alone?” confirms an unlock for Tiel.

How do you unlock Tiel?

Launch guides place Tiel at a grave west of the Ritual Grounds dungeon; interacting with the body unlocks the Shell.

This route is launch-guide reporting rather than a publisher API response. Use it as a navigation aid, and check the live game if a patch changes an interaction, boss gate, or landmark.

What should you verify before investing in Tiel?

Read the current in-game ability tree before spending progression resources. Exact percentages, costs, cooldown-style timings, resistance values, and balance-sensitive interactions can change after launch and are more useful when tied to a specific game version than copied from an early guide.
